ASBESTOS ROPES
Asbestos rope is made of braided asbestos fiber and its section tends to be round, rectangle or square. It is widely used in centrifugal pumps, compressors, vacuum pumps, mixers and ship propeller shaft seals, piston pumps and so on. It has a good thermal conductivity, acid and alkali resistance. Compared with other sealing materials, asbestos rope can be molded into any shape and operates well at extreme temperatures. Especially, it has a ability of halting the spread of fire.

Asbestos Tape are used for wrapping of exhaust pipes, hot and cold insulation, electric cables, living switch boxes, drying oven, conveying hot articles in glass Industries, oil lamps and heater.

ASBESTOS PACKINGS
Asbestos Textiles, either used alone or in conjunction with other materials, have found their uses in many specialized applications, not only in the moderate temperature ranges upto 6000C but also in applications where the material may be exposed to high temperatures of upto 25000C, albeit for very short periods.In applications involving such high temperatures, asbestos textiles, perhaps combined with resins and binders, can provide materials Processing unique properties such as : low thermal conductivity, high degree of resistance to thermal shock, excellent dimensional stability and the property of uniform ablation.
