HONESTY BRAKE LINING

Honesty brake liner is a Solid woven, flexible, Asbestos Base Friction material, made from yarn twisted around brass wire, which contributes to be a better strength. B.A. has a medium/high Coefficient of friction combined with moderate temperature wear resistance.

PTFE PRODUCTS

Virgin grade PTFE  gaskets are made from 100% pure material which is used in most general applications. It is extremely soft and formable and is often used for chemical resistant seals and gaskets. It is made directly from the resin producer and has never been processed into a shape.

NON ASBESTOS GASKETS

Non-Asbestos Fibre materials are so-called because they fill the gap in the range of gasket materials previously occupied by asbestos. Asbestos, although considered to be a dangerous material, had excellent heat resistance properties, which is why it was utilised so widely in high temperature applications.

PURE GRAPHITE RINGS

These are the most resilient gaskets for flanges capable of withstanding to high temperature and pressure. Standard grades are 95 to 98% pure , with a nuclear grade available at 99.9% purity. Gland Packing ideal of all pumps and valves at cryogenic and elevated temperature of 1500 C at Nuclear plants, Steam turbines, Food and Pharmaceutical industries.

CERAMIC & GLASS FIBRE PRODUCTS

We Honesty Asbestos Mart – “KAYBEE SEALS” are the distributers of the INDIAN brand. Ceramic  fibre are small-dimension filament or thread composed of a ceramic material, usually alumina and silica, used in lightweight units for electrical, thermal, and sound insulation. Ceramic fibers comprise a wide range of amorphous or crystalline synthetic mineral fibers characterized by their refractory properties . They typically are made of alumina, silica, and other metal oxides or, less commonly, of non oxide materials such as silicon carbide.

ASBESTOS ROPES & PACKINGS

Asbestos Rope packing enables various packing derivatives to suit different service temperature ranges. It is a popular sealing element in manufacturing equipment-handling heat such as furnaces, boilers, high temperature instruments.

Asbestos rope packing is an excellent emergency substitute for packing, gaskets and groove packing where other materials are not available or where less pliable, less adaptable materials cannot be used. Its piling develops cautioning effect. The dense packing does not allow temperature and fluid like steam to escape.

EXHAUST REINFORCED GASKETS

The reinforced gasket sheets a rigid laminated gasket sheet consisting of graphite, mica, or NBR+aramide layers bonded to each face of a solid steel core in the form of tanged metal plate, wire mesh or stainless steel foil.

The metal reinforced gasket sheets provide strength for handling, often bonding high temp materials that would be weak if unsupported, creating a robust material with the metal-reinforcement. Handling in installation is a huge benefit. The tang core of the metal insert gasket sheet provides a physical barrier and containment mechanism to hold the facing in place over the life of the joint.
